I have finally wrested my wand away from Droopy, and I really couldn't have done it on a better day; it's absolutely lovely out. I believe that with my newfound freedom, I shall pay a visit to the old local. It's been far too long.

I awoke today feeling rather invigorated, in a way I've not done in quite a while. It's nice. I do not know where this feeling is coming from, but I'll not argue against it. It's got me wanting to try something new, and as there isn't all much option of new things in the cave, I was thinking of making a post proper in

potterwatchnow, but I don't know. I don't handle the public sphere so well. Perhaps later ~~when I've dipped into my wine cache~~.

I think it's a bit funny that, for all my euphoria on the day, I have the blues in my head. Suggestions are quite welcome.

I seem to be experiencing diminished sensitivity in my left foot. It is concerning, to say the least. I wonder if it is due to past injury (the rocks here are quite slick), or if it's a rather more recent event to which I should pay more attention.

Well, I suppose if I should perish ~~again~~ due to a pulmonary embolism, we'll have our answer.
